Event Planning: Shade Tree Clinic Benefit

As Co-Chair of the Shade Tree Clinic Benefit, I created programming and coordinated logistics for the annual event that funds 75% of the student-run free clinic's $200,000 operating budget. This included recruiting and managing 10 students on the sponsorship, auction, and marketing teams and coordinating day-of activities with 30 volunteers. We maintained attendance at a virtual-adapted event in 2022 and transformed the past dinner format into a concert format (featuring Grammy Award-winning talent) to double attendance in 2023.
